Data collected

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. The only personal data processed is what you enter to book a call: name, email address, company (optional), topic and message (optional), plus any emails you send me.

Use

This data is used only to organise the requested call and to reply to you. When you book, an event is created in my Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and Google sends you the invitation. I do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

Service providers

Hosting and email routing: Cloudflare, Inc. Calendar and video calls: Google LLC. These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under appropriate contractual safeguards. Like any web server, the host logs technical data (IP address, browser) for security.

Retention

Data related to a meeting is kept as long as needed to follow up, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@etiennedayer.ch.
